In recognition of his work and standing in the legal community, Mr. Davis has attained the highest possible peer-review rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating preeminent legal ability and the highest ethical standards. He is Certified as a Criminal Trial Specialist and a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and has been selected to the American Trial Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers and as a Great Plains Super Lawyer.
Mr. Davis received his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University School of Law following military service where he served as a decorated combat soldier for the United States Army in Vietnam. As a result of his service, he received a Battlefield Commission as a Second Lieutenant. His biography also includes serving as Commissioner of the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission, 1977-1982; Special Agent, U.S. Secret Service, 1970-1973; and Attorney-in-Charge, Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Strike Force, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, 1975-1976.
