That may involve preparing agreements for you, or reviewing the other party’s proposal for unduly vague or ambiguous areas in order to reduce the chance of future disputes. I will provide you with legal advice on the effect of provisions in the other party’s proposal so that you can make an informed business decision, depending on your risk-aversion level. Second, if a dispute arises, we can assist you in resolving it before costly litigation occurs.
Unfortunately, while risk can be reduced, it is not possible to eliminate all risk. Accordingly, if litigation is filed against you, or you need to initiate it against others, I will work to protect and assert your legal position.
