Robb graduated with honors from Iowa State University in 1990 with a major of Political Science and two minors in History and Russian. He received his Juris Doctor from Drake University in 1997. Robb was admitted to practice in the State of Iowa in 1997, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa in 1998.
  
  Before joining the Burdette Law Firm, P.C., Robb was a staff attorney at Iowa Legal Aid where he practiced in bankruptcy, consumer protection, family law, and landlord/tenant law. During his tenure at Iowa Legal Aid he represented thousands of low income clients who could not otherwise afford representation. This representation involved appearances in Small Claims Court, Iowa District Courts throughout central Iowa, the Iowa Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, including its Bankruptcy Division. Robb continues to volunteer pro bono services to the Polk County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project and Hispanic Outreach Legal Assistance Clinic.
  
  Currently serving as a Major in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the United States Army Reserve, assigned to the 807th Medical Deployment Support Command, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Robb has gained invaluable experience within the military justice system. He received his commission in 1998. Since that time he has dealt with numerous legal actions in a variety of military law specialties, representing the Army and individual soldiers. Previous to receiving his commission, Robb had served in the Iowa Air National Guard as a Staff Sergeant in the 132d Fighter Wing Security Police Squadron, for a total of combined 27 years of military experience.  less
