We represent clients in federal and state court litigation and at the administrative law level. We are available to act as lead counsel or to consult on cases arising under the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Freedom of Information Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and state environmental laws. We also provide limited services, such as writing comments during the administrative process or writing amicus briefs for appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. We also help public interest groups incorporate and establish non-profit charters. less
