Mr. Weiner's distinguished legal career includes terms as president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), president of the Florida Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, chair of the Dade County Bar Criminal Courts Committeee and chair of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers' Criminal Law Section. He is a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers.
