More and more millennials are opting to pursue options other than the traditional four-year college degree in order to start their careers. This is due to many reasons, such as the rising costs of college, not wanting to be burdened by student loans, and the stagnant job market in many fields. Many millennials are attending trade-school, undergoing an apprenticeship, or using another path to pursue a career in their chosen field.
