2021 marks the 7th anniversary of the Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute. Co-Chairs Joe Whitley and Brian McEvoy invite you to join them and the faculty for the Institute at beautiful Chateau Elan just northeast of Atlanta. The program this year will cover a number of highly topical white collar subjects to include health care fraud, the enforcement priorities of the new Biden Administration, and insights from Federal District Court Judges on litigation in the region among other topics. Keynote speakers will include current and former highly ranked officials in the Department of Justice. Interspersed for all registrants during the program will be networking opportunities to share dinner and lunch with the other attendees to include our faculty and keynote speakers.
