About Me
I am Dawn Delia, a tax attorney and owner of Delia Law P.C. My practice focuses on federal and state tax controversy, representing individuals and businesses in complex matters involving the IRS and state taxing authorities.
I assist clients with IRS and state tax audits, appeals, collections and enforcement actions, wage garnishments, bank levies, tax penalties, payroll and employment tax matters, offers in compromise, payment plans, currently-not-collectible status, and other tax disputes. I also represent clients in U.S. Tax Court matters and advise on international tax issues and long-term tax resolution strategies.
I am admitted to practice in California, New York, Maryland, and the U.S. Tax Court and am authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS nationwide.
