About Me
Conceived of and filed class action lawsuit against the State of Georgia on behalf of putative class of five million people who were charged a higher driver’s license fee for electing not to become organ donors. Argued case in Georgia Supreme Court. Barnhill v. State of Georgia, 575 S.E.2d 460 (Ga. 2003). Law was legislatively changed, effective July 1, 2005.
