Ryan Smollar has and managed Elder Law, P.A. since 2015 and has practiced Elder Law since 2012, and in that time has helped thousands of clients achive peace of mind for themselves and their families. Ryan is not only well versed in the fundamentals and intricacies that are Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Gurdianship and Medicaid Planning, but possesses the patience and empathy necessary when working for clients faced with traumatic or end of life circumstances. As a law firm owner, Ryan ensures that the culture of his firm mirrors his own sentiments in that he demands high quality work product and client support from everyone who he employs. "When someone walks into our offices, I want them to be able to be able to ask any question to any staff member and receive a thoughtful and competant response whether they speak to a receptionist, the office manager or an attorney. Practicing law is challenging, but doing so while giving your client comfortt and peace of mind is just as if not more important to me." When not advocating for his clients, Ryan enjoys yoga, breathe work, meditation practice and enjoying nature or live music.Ryan received his Bachelors of Science degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University.
