About Me
Greg is a forceful champion for the injured and co-founder of Perenich The Law Firm. His roots run deep in the Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco County legal communities, having been molded by witnessing his father, Guy Perenich, battle insurance companies and massive corporations in the courtrooms and often achieving great success for his clients.
Continuing this proud tradition, Greg has the undying confidence to advance the same corporate interests with the level of tenacity and creativity honed by the 20 plus years of experience as a trial attorney handling complex matters involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile and truck injuries, and nursing home cases throughout the State of Florida.
Bringing these skills to the courtrooms for the benefit of his clients is Greg’s passion at Perenich The Law Firm. With the recognition that his clients seek to recover both emotionally and financially from a devastating event, Greg understands the importance of taking quick and decisive action to strive to restore the economic independence of his clients without compromising his values for integrity, professionalism, and the goal of making a full recovery on their behalf.
In 2009, Greg distinguished himself by becoming a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. That same year he was able to achieve a notable seven-figure settlement in a tragic case involving the death of a 12-year-old pedestrian who was forced to walk outside an improperly closed sidewalk only to be struck and killed by a hit and run driver along a major thoroughfare in south St. Petersburg. In addition, he is one of the first attorneys to try “bifurcated” jury trials to successful verdicts in Pasco County, achieving a verdict of over half a million dollars on a case in which the highest pre-trial offer from the insurance company was only $35,000.
Greg followed his father’s footsteps by graduating from the University of Notre Dame, and later obtained his law degree from The Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. During the early years of his legal career, he advocated on behalf of crime victims as an Assistant State Attorney at the Dade County State Attorney’s Office, which at that time was under the direction of Janet Reno.
