About Me
Mario Godoy is an immigration lawyer and the founder of Godoy Law Office Immigration Lawyers. He has become skilled at guiding documented and undocumented clients with immigration issues through a criminal case. In evaluating these cases he focuses on both the immigration and criminal consequences. Additionally, he uses his knowledge to help immigrants obtain immigration benefits such as family based immigrant visa petitions, business visa petitions and nonimmigrant visa petitions. Mario A. Godoy received his Bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. He is certified in Trial Advocacy from the John Marshall Law School.
