Michael Barkett was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1994 with honors and distinction. He is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma courts, as well as many courts in Texas and other states. He is also admitted to all Oklahoma Federal Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
