About Me
Attorney Steven Miller specializes in asset protection, estate planning, elder care and other legal services. His focus is to help his clients protect their loved ones and their own legacies by planning for the future in a number of different ways.
He has worked with clients of all ages in a wide variety of legal areas, including family issues, employment law, and landlord-tenant disputes.
In 2015, Mr. Miller shifted his practice to better serve individuals in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection and the probate process. He is also a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation.
Also, sensing a void in protecting our elders’ legal interests and the ever-increasing number of our “baby-boomers” who will now need these services, Mr. Miller became actively involved with Elder Law and frequently educates the community on the importance of planning for aging.
He is a member of Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel, both nationally recognized professional organizations that help deliver premier estate planning and elder care law services.
Mr. Miller graduated from DePauw University in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science and received a Master of Science in Safety Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2008. Mr. Miller then graduated from law school at Widener University Commonwealth School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he participated on two moot court teams and received honors for his legal writing and research abilities.
Mr. Miller is supported by his wife, Catherine (Cavi), and two children Karline and Elliot. In spare time, he enjoys music, running, golf, soccer, and flying.
