Joe Phillips is the owner of Law Offices of Joe Phillips, where his goal is to level the playing field for individuals and families whose lives have been devastated by catastrophic injury or wrongful death, and who are facing the challenge of the legal system to obtain justice from those responsible. His years of experience in handling and trying complex cases involving medical and engineering issues allow him to accomplish his goals. Joe began his career defending large corporations and insurance companies in asbestos, medical device, pharmaceutical, dioxin, mass tort, and other product litigation. For the last fifteen years, he has represented plaintiffs who have been seriously harmed by negligence or dangerous products. a_plus_ratingJoe has won jury verdicts and settlements for victims of defective products, truck and auto accidents, premises liability (including negligent security and slip-and-fall cases ), medical malpractice ( including cerebral palsy and other birth injuries), fire and burn injuries, work-related injuries, and wrongful death.
