Attorney Robert McMillin specializes in DWI defense and is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), an attorney organization which includes the most experienced DUI and DWI defense attorneys in the country. He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Slidell Bar Association.
An a criminal defense attorney, Robert McMillin strongly believes that the key to successfully handling DUI cases is training and preparation. To this end, he has attended advanced conferences throughout the country with laboratory training in Forensic Gas Chromatography and the NCDD’s annual session at Harvard. Attorney Robert McMillin has had more training than most officers, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
