About Me
Ryan McPhie is qualified and trained in criminal cases ranging from civil and criminal traffic citations to major felony offenses. Some criminal defense attorneys subscribe to the “trial and error” philosophy, attempting to learn about the complexities of the criminal justice system by working on your case. Ryan was trained as a student prosecutor with the Scottsdale Prosecutor’s Office, and later as a Deputy County Attorney. There he handled well over a thousand cases in front of numorous judges at virtually every level. He prides himself on personal service and fighting for his clients’ rights.
