The Law Offices of Sotera L. Anderson is dedicated exclusively to serving the lemon law needs of California residents.
Our goal is two-fold: to obtain the best outcome for you as quick as possible and to provide a stellar customer experience. We understand that in today’s society, especially in California, you need reliable transportation to live – to get to work, to take care of children and elderly parents, to run to the grocery store. This is why we strive to resolve cases as quickly as possible to lessen the disruption in your life.
Before protecting consumers, our founding and principal attorney, Sotera L. Anderson, gained valuable experience representing manufacturers and dealers. This is your advantage. She knows in the ins and outs of the California Lemon Law. She knows what manufacturers look for when evaluating cases. She’s tried cases for manufacturers. She has a good rapport with manufacturers, dealers and their counsel. They know from experience that she means business and has the skills, knowledge, experience, and personal conviction to bring justice for her clients, even if that means taking the case to trial.
Ms. Anderson left the world of big law firm life representing manufacturers because at the end of the day, instead of feeling like she was doing good in the world and changing the lives of everyday people in a positive way, she felt empty and unfulfilled. For many years, she witnessed consumers, like you, being taken advantage of…by their own lawyers (some who have never even spent any meanginful time in a courtroom) for their own monetary gain, leaving the consumer in their lemon for far more time than is necessary or warranted. She vowed to be the true voice of consumers. She is committed to spending the rest of her career changing the lives of consumers who are suffering with their lemons in a positive way.
