About Me
Attorney Stoner devotes his practice to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals and while protecting the people, assets and values which matter most to them. He primarily engages in business law, real estate law and civil litigation.
Before founding Stoner Law Offices, Attorney Stoner worked as the in-house General Counsel for a tech start-up where he personally advised and represented the management and ownership in important legal and strategic matters affecting the business. His professional background also includes work in real estate law and business law. Attorney Stoner understands the pressures facing entrepreneurs and business owners, because he has worked inside businesses and participated with the management in making key decisions. Having worked in both litigation and transactional areas of law, Attorney Stoner has seen firsthand the benefits that proper planning of contracts, estates and business matters can bring to people as well as the turmoil which can erupt when proper foresight is not taken into consideration.
In addition to his work at Stoner Law Offices, Attorney Stoner also maintains an extensive pro bono practice where he assists individuals in their estate planning and business needs. He is also an active member of numerous organizations. When he is not working or volunteering, Attorney Stoner enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and being an avid outdoorsman in the nearby Laurel Highlands and other natural areas around Western Pennsylvania. Attorney Stoner lives in the South Hills with his wife and their son, as well as their cat and dog.
