About Me
Jeb Butler practices at Butler | Kahn, where he handles serious personal injury cases. He has takes cases to trial and to verdict, including a $150 million wrongful death verdict against a multinational corporation, and has achieved multiple other settlements and verdicts of eight figures, including recent settlements of $45 million in a motorcycle collision case, $20.5 million in a wrongful death case arising out of the failure to maintain guardrail, and $10 million in a wrongful death car accident case in bad faith posture. Before settling into plaintiffs' practice, Jeb successfully tried cases as a prosecutor and as a public defender, clerked for a federal district judge, and worked with a civil defense firm. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he published in the Law Review, competed in the National Moot Court competition, finished in the top 10 percent of his class, and won a scholarship.
