About Me
David is the managing partner of Preszler Law in Ontario and a partner with Preszler Law BC. David is licensed to practice in both BC and Ontario. In Ontario, he runs the articling and summer program and supervises approximately 15 lawyers in addition to running his own busy litigation practice. His litigation practice is restricted to the most serious motor vehicle, wrongful death, slip and fall and long-term disability claims. David has appeared before all levels of Court having tried and arbitrated numerous cases.
