About Me
Fob is a trial attorney specializing in catastrophic personal injury and fraud cases.
After working for a large regional firm for several years where he obtained awards for both individual and corporate clients, Fob found that his passion was fighting for individuals who have been seriously injured or wronged by others.

There is no greater satisfaction than forcing a corporation through hard-fought litigation to treat the client like a human being rather than a statistic.

Fob has seen firsthand how big corporations and insurance companies stack the deck against people through their money, influence, and an endless supply of attorneys and lobbyists.
Fob believes that the jury is the great equalizer to the power and influence that large corporations have in society. Fob says that “for this reason, our firm does not accept every case that comes in the door.
We will not take your case unless we are willing to take it to trial.
