About Me
Mr. Fontes is the Managing Partner and Founder of Fontes Law Group, focusing on Immigration Law and Worker’s Compensation. He has represented thousands of immigrants and their families before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and litigated numerous cases in Immigration Court.
Born in Nogales, Arizona, Mr. Fontes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where he also played football. He graduated from Arizona State College of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the California Bar. After two years as an Immigration Attorney in Orange County, CA, he opened his own practice in 2006. Mr. Fontes is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
