About Me
In cases of personal injury and medical malpractice, David Pierguidi represents clients. Although he now works in both New York and New Jersey, he has successfully defended clients in cases of medical malpractice and personal injury in other jurisdictions, including Hawaii.
Every area of medicine is represented in David's expertise with medical malpractice lawsuits. His trial and litigation skill is the result of much time spent in courtrooms and direct contact with juries.
David graduated from Seton Hall Law School where he was a member of the Sports Law Journal. He performed a judicial clerkship with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, after graduation. He is a member of the Bars of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
