About Me
is an attorney with over a decade of experience in immigration law. From April 2024 to July 2025, she served as an Immigration Judge, an experience that gave her rare insight into how cases are adjudicated within the U.S. immigration system. She chose to step down from that role out of commitment to her values and to continue directly serving those most impacted by our country’s immigration policies. She is admitted to practice in Maine and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Coming from a family of refugees, Jenny understands the stress and uncertainty new immigrants face. Her practice is dedicated to providing clear, compassionate guidance to help clients navigate the many obstacles of the immigration process.
Jenny earned her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
