About Me
Hollingsworth Law Group is a divorce and family law firm located in the heart of Carmel, Indiana, serving clients throughout Hamilton County, Indianapolis, and the state of Indiana. We are dedicated exclusively to helping individuals and families navigate life's most difficult transitions with clarity, dignity, and hope.
Family law matters are deeply personal and often highly complex — especially in high-net-worth divorces involving significant assets, businesses, or complicated finances. Founded by Kena Hollingsworth — a divorce attorney with 25 years of experience who is also a family law mediator, collaborative divorce professional, and certified relationship coach — our team combines strategic, high-stakes advocacy with genuine human understanding.
We represent clients in divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, paternity, mediation, collaborative divorce, post-decree modifications and contempt actions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, guardianships, adoptions, family law appeals, and other family law matters.
Known for our signature "Divorce Done Differently" approach, we believe family law is about more than resolving legal issues — it's about helping people move forward with confidence. Our staff includes certified relationship coaches who provide divorce coaching and support clients through the emotional side of the process, while our attorneys pair thoughtful guidance and practical solutions with real compassion — empowering clients to make informed decisions while protecting what matters most: their children, their finances, and their future.
Whether your case resolves through negotiation, mediation, collaborative divorce, or litigation, our team delivers personalized service, clear communication, and outstanding results. At Hollingsworth Law Group, we don't just help clients navigate divorce — we help them build the foundation for the next chapter of their lives.
