About Me
John C. Laurence received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in 1995 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2008. John was admitted to the N.Y. State Bar and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 2008 and to the District Court of the Southern District of N.Y. in 2016.
John has experience in many facets of intellectual property law with concentrations in the prosecution and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. John has prepared and prosecuted patent applications across various technologies and has practiced before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). John has experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting trademark applications and has managed trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). John also has experience with the registration of copyrights.
Currently, John is attending Fordham Law School for his LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Law.
