About Me
Sarah graduated from York University with Honors in 1999 and received her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2003. In 2005, Sarah was called to the Bar. Following which, Sarah joined Low, Murchison LLP as an associate and gained valuable litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, contract disputes, construction liens and litigation, property disputes, debtor-creditor, family law and general litigation. In 2008, Sarah joined the national law firm of Borden, Ladner Gervais LLP where she gained further valuable litigation experience in family law and estate litigation.
In 2009, Sarah founded her own firm, “Coristine Law Office”.
Sarah has appeared in various levels of court including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court. Sarah has also appeared as counsel before tribunals including the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ministry of Labour, and the Alcohol and Gaming Board. Sarah regularly appears in court and attends hearings on behalf of clients spanning the jurisdiction of Ontario including: Ottawa, Kingston, Pembroke, Brockville, Cornwall and the Greater Toronto area.
