About Me
Sylvia V. Gonzalez graduated from Western State University, School of Law in the city of Fullerton. She worked as the lead litigation attorney at a personal injury law firm for three years before opening her own practice. While running her law office, she practiced many areas of law, including personal injury, eviction cases, bankruptcy, immigration, family law, and criminal law.
Currently Sylvia limits her law practice to Personal Injury cases, which include vehicle collisions, animal attacks, and premises liability such as dog bites, dog attacks, ceiling collapses, and trip-and-falls and clients that were injured as a result of a third party criminal or intentional act.
Sylvia has first chaired seven jury trials and settled over 600 personal injury cases. She has participated in jury trials, bench trials, mediation, mandatory settlement conferences, and depositions. Sylvia is a solo practitioner working on cases in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County and Stanislaus County. She is also fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Sylvia enjoys taking boxing and kickboxing lessons, exercising, walking her dog, watching MMA, salsa dancing, and spending time with her family.
