Attorney David McNeal attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans – a law school that is renowned for its maritime law program. In addition to earning his Juris Doctor at Tulane, David McNeal was a member of the Juvenile Law Clinic, earned a Maritime Law Certificate of Specialization, and received Trial Advocacy honors, a tribute awarded to only the top ten percent of the class. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, and he has Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) and Ultra-Deepwater drilling rig work experience in the Gulf of Mexico. David McNeal is also the Vice-Chair of the Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee in the Tort, Trial, and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
