Mr. Watson co-authored the final report of the Commission which made recommendations to introduce legislation to prevent nursing home abuse and detect Medicaid fraud. Mr. Watson received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, and is admitted in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Mercer County Estate Planning Council; the Elder Law, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the New Jersey Bar Association; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  less
