  Perry has been practicing law in northeastern Indiana for over 40 years. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist (Family Law Certification Board), been recognized as a SUPER LAWYER, and has been AV rated by his peers for over 25 years. After 25 years practicing general law within a midsize law firm, Perry opened Shilts Law Office in 2005 with a focus of exclusively divorce and family law representation. Mike joined Shilts Law Office in 2011. Mike has been designated as “Superb” by Avvo, as a Top Lawyer in Fort Wayne in 2014 and 2015, and BV\u00ae Distinguished\u2122 Peer Review Rated by Martindale Hubbell. He is also a registered family law mediator and an arbitrator with the Allen County Circuit Court. The law firm grew and in 2016 Perry and Mike created the current law office, Shilts & Setlak LLC. The law firm’s emphasis on divorce and family law representation continues to this date and in an effort to better serve the clients, two associate attorneys have joined the firm, Ashley Gonzales and Rich Karcher. Both associate attorneys are gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in the family law area.
