You may call me for a free telephone consultation. Should you desirre that I represent you, my fees generally range from $49.00 to $99.00. As is a standard practice 7 procedure, the client is responsible for any fines or court cost the court may impose. If you receive points on your license when a plea agreement has been arranged, your attorney's fees will be returned, as long as you do not have more than one prior citation in the last twelve months, were not traveling in excess of 30 mph over the speed limit or speeding in a school zone.
