A Louisville, Kentucky native, Mr. Scharfenberger is a graduate of Eastern High School in Louisville. He began his academic studies at the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a degree in political science in 1991. Mr. Scharfenberger continued his studies at the University of Kentucky College of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1994. Mr. Scharfenberger has been practicing law for more than 17 years and has extensive litigation experience handling cases at both the State and Federal level. less
