Having represented construction contractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and engineers for over 30 years, Frank M. Newman, Jr. has a significant practice related to residential and commercial disputes. These include perfecting, foreclosing and defending against mechanic’s liens, pursuit of and defense of bond claims and involvement in most other disputes that can arise in connection with a construction project.
His real estate practice, a significant area of his practice, includes representation of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, title curative issues arising in closings, boundary line disputes, residential and commercial lease negotiation, partition actions landlord-tenant disputes (tenant evictions), and generally all other matters related to the acquisition and ownership of real estate.
