Glenn D. Miller, a senior partner at Sivin & Miller, LLP, is the firm's principal trial lawyer and a well-known lecturer on trial techniques. Mr. Miller has a degree in political science from the University of Rochester and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1984. Prior to being in private practice, he was a supervisor of the Criminal Defense Division of the Legal Aid Society. Since entering private practice, Mr. Miller has won dozens of multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements in false arrest, civil rights, assault and other police misconduct cases, as well as in cases involving accidents with catastrophic injuries.
Edward Sivin is a senior partner at Sivin & Miller, LLP, and is the firm's principal appellate lawyer. Mr. Sivin has handled numerous appeals that resulted in published decisions on important issues involving false arrest, police misconduct and compensation for catastrophic injuries.
