Concentrating on the areas of Agricultural Law, Business Law, Oil and Gas Law, Trademark Law and Commercial Litigation, Kenneth has been licensed in the state of Texas since 1994 and has been practicing in the Panhandle of Texas since 2001.
Kenneth represents farmers and ranchers, individuals and business owners, major oil companies and independent operators. He takes pride in guiding these clients through real property disputes, business opportunities, oil and gas litigation and trademark and copyright matters.
Born and raised in South Texas, Kenneth’s Texas roots run deep. Since his father and grandfathers were farmers, the agriculture industry is close to Kenneth’s heart. He remains active in agriculture, keeping him in touch with the issues faced by his clients — not only those involved in agriculture, but those involved in the business world as well. While he enjoys the challenges these opportunities present, keeping these irons in the fire helps him to better understand and represent his clients. less
