About Me
Mark G. Carter is a personal injury & ICBC lawyer.
Mark cares deeply for all of his clients and always strives to make sure that the service he offers is caring and compassionate. Mark prefers to resolve cases through negotiation and mediation when it is possible. However, whenever it is necessary, he will recommend his clients proceed to trial. Mark truly believes that his willingness and ability to do so results in the best results for his clients.
Mark has a very well established list of clients who he has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia – Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal – as well as before administrative tribunals.
His vast experience includes dealing with cases involving mild and traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other psychological injuries, and so many more.
Mark worked for almost a decade as a private investigator prior to entering the legal profession, Where he conducted investigations on behalf of individuals, companies, and institutions. This unique background gives Mark immense experience in fact finding, which serves as the basis for litigation.
