About Me
Michael Fischetti is the founding and managing partner at The Fischetti Law Group. The founding principle for the law firm that bears his name is to provide the best, most aggressive representation possible while always having great communication with his clients.
Mr. Fischetti lives in the Boynton Beach area and is blessed by his marriage to his wife Elizabeth and is grateful for his three amazing children Zachary, Sydney, and Ryan.
EDUCATION
Prior to beginning his legal career, he grew up in a small town in western New York. Mr. Fischetti attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. While in college Mr. Fischetti obtained his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. At Plattsburgh, Michael achieved academic success and received a multitude of awards academically, socially, and for his community involvement.
During his time at Plattsburgh, he founded the local chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma. He was also a member of Phi Eta Sigma (Freshman Academic Honor Society), Omicron Delta Kappa (Academic Honor Society), Alpha Kappa Delta (International Sociology Honor Society), and Order of Omega (Inter-fraternity Honor Society). At the same time, Mr. Fischetti was a Resident Assistant as well as one of 20 Student Ambassadors for the university.
Upon graduating SUNY Plattsburgh Michael relocated to South Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad law school.
EXPERIENCE
Michael Fischetti began honing his litigation skills while in law school after being hand selected to be a member of the trial team through the Association of Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).
He also served on the Executive Board of that same organization after being chosen for the trial team. After getting a small taste of what it was like to be involved in the litigation aspect of the law, Mr. Fischetti served as a Judicial
Clerk within the 17th Judicial Circuit and as a third-year student was allowed to participate in the “Certified Legal Intern” program with the Florida Bar and Broward County Public Defender’s Office.
PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE
Michael Fischetti accelerated his litigation experience as a CLE by litigating and trying criminal cases as a Third Year Law student. Upon passing the Florida Bar, he accepted the position with the Broward Public Defender’s Office, gaining valuable litigation experience by being the lead counsel in over 30 trials at the county and circuit court level. He soon brought his litigation experience to the civil litigation side of the law doing Plaintiff’s work in the field of Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP), eventually becoming a partner with his firm.
After a successful period as a Partner with his firm Mr. Fischetti sought to continue his legal career by founding The Fischetti Law Group where we offer an unparalleled level of dedication, determination, and communication to all our clients. The Fischetti Law Group aggressively fights for every one of their clients to obtain the compensation that they are owed for the negligence caused by others, damage to their homes, or collecting on unpaid bills due and owing to our Medical Providers from all insurance companies.
