About Me
Dan Jenkins is a shareholder of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers. Dan grew up in Kuna, Idaho and has always called the Treasure Valley his home. He graduated cum laude from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Idaho, College of Law. While at law school, he received the “Pro-bono Above and Beyond” Award, as well as placing first-place in the Intra-School Mediation Competition and the Intra-school Negotiation Competition. Dan has successfully litigated and settled hundreds of personal injury cases with an emphasis in automobile, truck, motorcycle and bicycle accidents. Dan has also worked at the Twin Falls County Defender’s Office where he was involved in the defense side of criminal cases and gained valuable trial experience. Prior to his graduation from law school, Dan worked as a limited license intern for both the General/DVSA Clinic and the Mediation Clinic at the University of Idaho and served as a small claims mediator in Latah County. His past legal career also included serving a number of personal injury law firms in Idaho and Utah as a Pre-Litigation Manager, Paralegal, Spanish Translator, Case Manager, and Negotiator. Dan is an active member of the Idaho State Bar. His personal interests include camping, hiking, and fishing. He also enjoys being involved with youth sports and school activities with his three children and wife.
